While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide personally identifiable information as required for authentication and access control to Our API service. We may collect or store Your email address for this purpose. If Your Google account email is used, it is solely for access control within Google Cloud IAM and is not retained by Our application.

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.
• To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service. The Personal Data You provide can give You access to different functionalities of the Service that are available to You as a registered user.

Google Data

Our product, Algo Fantasy, uses Google Apps Script to access your Google Sheets and related Google account data. When you authorize our service, we request permission to:

• Read and write access to your Google Sheets to update and manage your fantasy draft data.
• Allows Apps Script to make external API requests to fetch additional data for your sheet.
• Access to your email address for authentication in Google Cloud IAM for API access.
• Manage and control Apps Script project settings and triggers.
• Modify the UI of the Google Sheets container (custom dialogs, sidebars, menus).

We only use this data to provide and improve the core functionality of Algo Fantasy. We do not share your Google data with third parties except as described in this policy. Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Yahoo Data

By authorizing with Yahoo, you permit us to read access to all your fantasy league information. The Yahoo authentication token is encrypted and stored in your local browser storage for quick retrieval. We do not share any of your Yahoo data with third parties.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.

If We need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing Your information and Your country requires consent from a parent, We may require Your parent's consent before We collect and use that information.
