Welcome to Algo Fantasy. Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before using the Algo Fantasy Google tools and website (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Algo Fantasy (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Service Description

Algo Fantasy provides fantasy sports data management tools primarily through Google Sheets enhanced by Apps Script, which utilizes our own API and Yahoo Fantasy API. Some features require authentication with your Google or Yahoo account(s). Full access to features requires an active membership.

2. Payment and Refunds

• Purchase Required: Full access to Algo Fantasy’s tools requires a purchase via Buy Me a Coffee.
• Purchase Cost: Pricing details are displayed on our Buy Me a Coffee page.
• Payments: Payments are processed securely through Buy Me a Coffee and grant you access as described at time of purchase.
• No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable. By purchasing, you acknowledge that all payments are final and no refunds will be issued.

3. User Accounts & Access

• You must provide a valid Google email address for access purposes.
• Your email may be used for authentication, access control, and support. We do not use your email for marketing without your consent.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and any activity associated with your account.

4. Use of Google and Yahoo APIs

• Our Service interacts with Google Sheets via Google Apps Script and may request necessary permissions to read/write sheet data and to fetch/store member access data.
• The Service also integrates with third party fantasy sports platforms; your authentication token is stored only in your browser’s local storage and not on our servers.
• Access to and use of the Service is subject to Google API Services User Data Policy.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

• We only store your email information needed for access purposes.
• For details about what data we collect, use, and retain, please review our Privacy Policy.
• We do not store or sell your fantasy league or spreadsheet data.

6. Availability and Service Modification

• No Warranty: We strive to keep Algo Fantasy available and functioning, but availability or uptime is not guaranteed. Interruptions, delays, or bugs may occur at any time.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue part or all of the Service without notice or liability.

7. Permitted Use and Prohibitions

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the software, code, or content without written permission.
• Exploit the Service or associated APIs for commercial purposes beyond those described in official documentation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, scripts, and code provided as part of the Service are the intellectual property of Algo Fantasy and may not be reproduced or redistributed without express authorization.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• Algo Fantasy will not be liable for any damages, losses, or data inaccuracies arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
• We are not responsible for changes to or unavailability of Google, Yahoo, or third-party APIs.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
